Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box and include the printed return form or a note with your order number inside the package.
Ship the Items
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
